12-Month Racket Warranty
KUVA padel rackets are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the affected area.
We may request additional photographs or information to help us assess the racket.
What Is Covered
Subject to inspection, the warranty may cover faults attributable to materials or manufacturing, including:
- Structural defects caused by a manufacturing fault
- Abnormal separation or delamination of the racket construction
- Manufacturing defects affecting the frame or playing surface
- Faults in components arising from defective materials or workmanship
Each claim is assessed individually.
What Is Not Covered
Padel rackets are high-performance sporting products and will naturally show signs of use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage or use of the racket.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Chips, scratches, scuffs and cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by contact with the court, glass, fence, walls or other rackets
- Edge or frame damage caused by impact
- Damage resulting from dropping, throwing or striking the racket against another surface
- Wear to the racket face or textured finish through normal play
- Normal deterioration of grips, overgrips or racket protectors
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper storage
- Damage caused by excessive heat, cold, moisture or prolonged exposure to unsuitable conditions
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modification, alteration or repair
- Cosmetic variations that do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the racket
Minor variations in the appearance of forged carbon and other composite materials are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Impact Damage
Padel rackets are designed to withstand the forces generated through normal play.
They are not designed to withstand significant direct impact with the court, glass, fencing, walls, posts or another racket.
A crack or structural failure resulting from an external impact is therefore not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the KUVA warranty.
Where necessary, we may ask for photographs of the full racket and surrounding areas so that we can determine the likely nature of the damage.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact:
Please provide:
- Your name
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The model of racket
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the affected area
- A photograph of the complete racket
Please do not return a racket before contacting us.
If we require the product to be returned for inspection, we will provide further instructions.
Assessment
All warranty claims are subject to assessment.
Where we determine that a product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair or replacement.
Where an identical product is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent KUVA product.
This manufacturer's warranty does not affect any remedy or right you may have under applicable consumer law.
Replacement Products
Where a racket is replaced under this warranty, the replacement does not create a new 12-month warranty period.
The replacement will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, without affecting any statutory rights that apply to the replacement product.
Proof of Purchase
The KUVA manufacturer's warranty applies to genuine KUVA products purchased directly from KUVA or an authorised KUVA retailer.
Proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim can be processed.
Apparel & Accessories
Unless a separate warranty is expressly stated, KUVA apparel and accessories are not covered by the 12-month racket warranty.
This does not affect your rights where any product supplied to you is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Your Statutory Rights
The KUVA manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
