kuva forged.

18K carbon fibre—reconstructed for performance.

18K refers to the number of individual carbon filaments within each tow. What defines a KUVA racket is what we do with them.

Instead of relying on a conventional woven carbon sheet, our forged construction uses fragmented 18K carbon fibres arranged in a multidirectional structure. This creates the distinctive, non-uniform carbon pattern seen across the racket face—every surface visually unique, but engineered for the same purpose.

Because the fibres are distributed across multiple angles rather than following a fixed weave, forces can be dispersed more effectively throughout the face. The result is a strong, stable construction with a crisp response on attacking shots and greater control when the contact is less than perfect.

THE FORGED ADVANTAGE.

Multidirectional strength
Carbon fibres distributed across multiple angles help the face resist stress from different directions.

Stable response
The forged structure creates a composed, connected feel through impact.

Power without unnecessary bulk
High structural strength allows performance to be built into the face without simply adding more material.

Naturally unique
No two forged carbon patterns are identical. Each KUVA racket carries its own individual carbon signature.

18K is the material.
Forged is the advantage.

ENGINEERED AT 360G

Lighter in the hand. Faster through the air.

At 360g, all KUVA rackets are designed for speed, manoeuvrability and effortless control. The reduced weight allows quicker preparation at the net, faster reactions in defence and greater freedom when accelerating through overhead shots.

Combined with the structural strength of forged carbon and the progressive response of DenseCell™ foam, the racket remains stable through impact without feeling heavy or restrictive.

Less weight to move.
More time to play.
